• 4 packages active dry yeast (about 9 teaspoons)
• 2 tablespoon plus 1 ½ cup sugar
• 1 cup vegetable oil, more for greasing bowl
• 10 large eggs
• 2 tablespoon salt
• 16 to 16 ½cups all-purpose flour
