Orders purchased on sale and discount codes over 15% will be refunded for store credit or a free exchange in size.
1) Put what you don’t want (security tags still on) in a box or our bio-degradable envelope. Make sure you are within our return frame of 7 days. E-mail our customer service specialist at email@example.com for our return warehouse location and to obtain an RMA. 2) Label or ship using USPS, Royal Mail, or Australia Post (depending on your location, of course). 3) Fill out our return form that came with your package so we know what’s going on. 4) Make sure to include the completed return form in the box, and ship it.
5) Returns that arrive beyond our return frame will be processed as store credit, or free exchanges.
You are responsible for shipping us your full priced returns within 7 days of receiving your order at your own shipping cost using a carrier of your choice. Item requests received outside of the timeframe will be processed at store credits.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the security tags still attached. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund less original shipping costs to the payment method used on the original order. Sale or discounted, bought on store credit items are returned for store credit only.

We cannot offer exchanges for our international customers at this time, due to the time it takes to process and ship internationally. However, you may return the items, and repurchase the item you need, postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt, for your refund to be considered.
