Custom Atelier Items

Please note that each custom item is meticulously handcrafted in our Austin, Texas atelier with the utmost care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of these pieces, all custom coat orders are non-refundable.

By placing your order, you agree to the estimated 3–4 week lead time required to bring your custom piece to life. We promise it will be well worth the wait!

Need to Return?


If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items, pre-order items or items using discount codes can be returned for a Store Credit, as we don’t offer refunds, we do however offer exchanges for sizes. Please contact our customer service team at hello@madeleinesimonstudio.com to arrange approval.

Please submit your return exchange request within 15 days of dispatch of your order. Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.

All products must be returned in the following condition

- Unworn

- Tags attached

- In original packaging

- Without perfume or deodorant smells

- Without makeup or fake tan marks

- Swimwear and Bodysuits are to be tried on wearing undergarments and the protective hygiene sticker must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene sticker has been removed or altered.

- Returned using a small satchel, no boxes please.

 

If the returned garment/s do not match the above condition we will contact you to provide further details.

Madeleine Simon Studio reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit.

You will be given the option to pay for the goods to be returned back to you. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days then they will be donated.

 


Returns and Exchanges US

You are responsible for shipping us your full priced returns within 7 days of receiving your order at your own shipping cost using a carrier of your choice. Item requests received outside of the timeframe will be processed at store credits. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the security tags still attached. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund less original shipping costs to the payment method used on the original order. Sale or discounted, bought on store credit items are returned for store credit only.

Exchanges will be dependent on stock available and for the same style and color only. If you would like to exchange, email us at hello@madeleinesimonstudio.com

Since you will be liable for any lost or damaged packages we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking numbers. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached


 

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Shipping

We ship by USPS. UPS, DHL or FedEx Monday through Friday with a cutoff at 4pm. Available options are ground, next day, air saver and international economy which the price will vary based on location and distance. We have a calculator available to help you choose the right shipping for you. 

We ship from our warehouse in Dallas Texas USA. Estimated domestic shipping shipping times are 2-5 days. International estimated shipping times vary from 5-18 days. We offer free domestic economy shipping, and discounted international shipping with Fedex which usually costs between $20-$45 depending on distance from our warehouse.
